Delivery & Refund


We only require a €2,400 deposit to secure your bike. We will then send a payment request to your email for a further €5,000 to be paid via BACs after 30 days. A final payment request will then be sent for the remaining balance prior to dispatch. Please note your deposit is non-refundable. If you have any questions please contact info@hps-bike.com 



We use a third-party courier service. You'll be notified before dispatch along with a tracking number for the parcel. You will be required to provide a name and phone number in order for the parcel to reach you. 

Bikes are shipped in sealed, secure industry-standard cardboard, and please check for any damages before signing for the goods. 


Your statutory rights are not affected. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hps-bike.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bespoke bikes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
